Introduction to Furnace Roller Material Selection and Manufacturing Process

1、Material selection for furnace rollers:
1. The furnace temperature is between 650-850, and it is recommended to use ZG35Cr24Ni7Si2N ZG30Cr26Ni12。
2. If the furnace temperature is between 950-1050, it is recommended to use ZG30Cr25N20Si2 ZG45Cr25Ni35。
3. If the furnace temperature is between 1050-1200, it is recommended to use ZG45Cr28Ni48W5.
4. If the furnace temperature is between 1200-1400, it is recommended to use ZG45Cr33Ni50W16.
5. ZG45Cr28Ni48W5 is commonly used in the open flame heating section of continuous hot-dip galvanizing of steel strips and the Rcf/sf/ph section of silicon steel lines
6. ZG45Cr33Ni50W16 is commonly used in the NOF section of silicon steel wire.
2、 Manufacturing process of furnace rollers:
1. Centrifugal casting of roller body.
2. The shaft head is processed with profiles lower than the material of the roller body.
3. The shaft head is heat fitted onto the roller body and welded using the same material as the roller body.
